Founder & Chief Partner Officer, Optimus

Optimus exists because of a pattern Omer watched repeat for two decades: companies with good products and capable teams building partner programs that never compounded — not through any failure of effort, but because the rules of each platform are learned from the inside and written down nowhere.

Where the pattern was learned

Not a career summary. The specific seats where the mechanics of a partner business are set, and what was carried out of each one.

Noventiq — VP, Global Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Joined Softline pre-IPO and stayed through the London Stock Exchange listing. $1.5B+ in partner-influenced revenue at roughly 30% year-on-year growth, a 44-person alliances organisation across five theatres, a $17M Microsoft strategic investment that returned tenfold in eighteen months, AWS strategic collaboration programs including $5M in MDF, and eight M&A transactions totalling more than $500M. A three-year mandate, completed.

Microsoft — Enterprise Sales, then Partner Ecosystems & Global Alliances

Eleven years. A $1B+ partner business with an $11.7M P&L, 21 people across 24 countries, $100M+ in partner-sourced ARR, and the global systems integrator relationships — Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Wipro. This is where the co-sell scorecard stops being a document and becomes something you have argued over.

Avaya — GM, Cloud Sales & Partnerships

A $156M+ cloud P&L and a 56-person sales organisation, through the period when an established vendor had to rebuild its channel motion for cloud consumption rather than perpetual licence.

VMware, and Bank of America before it

A $50M Pacific Northwest enterprise territory at VMware — Starbucks, Nordstrom, Costco, Nike, Expedia, T-Mobile. Before that, five years running data centres and trading operations at Bank of America, which is a useful education in what enterprise buyers are actually protecting when they hesitate.

What that means for an engagement

Optimus engagements are led by a named senior operator rather than staffed to a team of analysts. Omer works directly on partner strategy, hyperscaler co-sell architecture and go-to-market integration after an acquisition — the three places where the cost of guessing is highest.

Alongside the practice he is SVP of Cybersecurity GTM and Partner Ecosystem at Kovrr, advises InfoSec Global on cryptographic agility, and is co-founder and CEO of Americans 4 Equality, a Washington 501(c)(3) delivering free technology training. He is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council and speaks regularly on partner ecosystems and AI-first operations.

Educated at Wittenberg University — BA in Management and Marketing, with honours — with executive management and corporate finance coursework at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
